We will always treat your personal information with the utmost respect and only share it with builders who are building homes in the community, as you requested when sharing your personal information with us.

We may ask you to confirm or update your marketing preferences if you instruct us to provide further information in the future, or if there are changes in the law, regulation, or the structure of our business.
- Who We Share Your Personal Information With. We routinely share personal information with personally identifying information, not anonymously, with:
- Builders building homes in the community
- Other third parties we use to help us run our business, such as marketing agencies, website hosts, or third-party email marketing platforms
- Our affiliates and related entities
Your personal information will be forwarded to home builders who will be building homes in the community for valuable consideration to us. Other third parties will also have access to your personal information to perform the tasks assigned to them, such as marketing or website-related tasks, on our behalf.
We may disclose and exchange information with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
We may also need to share some personal information with other parties, such as potential buyers of some or all of our business or during a re-structuring. We will typically anonymize information, but this may not always be possible. The recipient of the information will be bound by confidentiality obligations.
We will not share your personal information with any other third party.

Colorado residents are granted certain rights under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), including rights otherwise provided for in this privacy policy (e.g., disclosure of personal information categories, the purposes for personal information disclosures, and third parties with whom personal information is shared). - Rights of Residents in Connecticut. Connecticut residents are granted certain rights under the Connecticut Consumer Privacy Act (CTCPA), including rights otherwise provided for in this privacy policy (e.g., disclosure of personal information categories, the purposes for personal information disclosures, and third parties with whom personal information is shared). - Rights of Residents in Virginia. Virginia residents are granted certain rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Privacy Act (CDPA), including rights otherwise provided for in this privacy policy (e.g., disclosure of personal information categories, the purposes for personal information disclosures, and third parties with whom personal information is shared). - Rights of Residents in Utah. Utah residents are granted certain rights under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA), including rights otherwise provided for in this privacy policy (e.g., disclosure of personal information categories, the purposes for personal information disclosures, and third parties with whom personal information is shared). - Rights of Residents in Nevada. Nevada residents may request we not “sell” their “covered information,” as those terms are defined by applicable law, by emailing us at info@ryeranch.com.
- Rights of Residents in Australia. Australian residents have certain rights under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APP). As outlined in this privacy policy, your personal information may be shared with third parties, and we may transfer your personal information outside of Australia. Australian residents can request access to, request correction of, or complain about the handling of their personal information, and if our efforts do not satisfy you, you can make a complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
- Rights of Residents in Canada. Canadian residents have certain rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Document Acts (PIPEDA). As outlined in this privacy policy, your personal information may be shared with third parties, and we may transfer your personal information outside of Canada. - Rights of Others. You may have other privacy law rights not discussed herein, based on your geographic location. Upon request, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with the laws of your applicable geographic location.
- Use of Cookies and Location Tracking Tools. This website is powered by WordPress. WordPress uses cookies to support features such as authentication and comments on a website. These are stored in the users’ browsers in a local file. While these features are not optional on a WordPress website, we will not be storing these types of cookies on your browser as there is not an option to login or comment on the Rye Ranch website. For more information regarding WordPress cookie use, please see the following: https://www.cookieyes.com/blog/wordpress-cookies/. The Rye Ranch website will utilize the CookieYes plugin, which allows for a banner that includes an accept/reject feature. With this tool, third-party cookies will be automatically blocked until you give consent by selecting “accept” within the banner notice.
